General Information

  • Summer Rates: May 16 - Oct 15 and Winter Rates: Oct 16 - May 15
  • All units come equipped with refrigerators, cable TV and VCR's, phones, microwaves, coffee machines, and clock radios.
  • All units are non-smoking.
  • All rates are based upon one or two persons occupancy.
  • There is an additional $7.00 charge for extra persons over the maximum room capacity (there is no charge for children under age 5).
  • Pets welcome in designated units. Pets require a $10 fee per pet, per day (non-refundable). Please inquire when you make your reservation.
  • Add 6% City Lodging Tax & 1% State Tax to all stated rates. (excluding pet fees).
  • Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.
