Situated on scenic Coquille Point, this 1400 square foot rental features 3 bedrooms (two of the bedrooms have queen size beds while the third bedroom has two twin size beds), 3 full bathrooms, spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room, 4 Cable TVs/VCR/DVD, washer/dryer, barbecue, and a large balcony with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and Bandon's famous rock formations (e.g. Face Rock).

Each rental comes completely supplied with linens and towels. All beds have Simmons Beautyrest pillowtop mattesses. Both suites are only a 1/2 block away to nearby Coquille Point Beach Access and Fish & Wildlife Offshore Islands National Wildlife Refuge.

Summer Rate	$225 per night

General Information

Reservations

• A $100 refundable deposit holds a reservation (Check or Money Order - No Credit Cards).
• The deposit will be refunded after we determine that the home has been left in good condition. We will deduct from your deposit any charges for damage or for unusual cleaning requirements.

Cancellation Policies

• If made more than 30 days prior to arrival - full refund
• If made within 30 days - 1/2 of booking refunded
• If made within 2 weeks or less - no refund

Terms of Usage

• Coquille Point Vacation Rentals is a "no smoking" and "no pets" facility
• Accomodates 1-6 people
• Arrival time is 3:00 pm, check-out time is 11:00 am (except prior arrangements)
